Simple Mail Redirection

Beschreibung

Erlaubt es, Mails umzuleiten.

Bei einer Umleitung sieht es für den Empfänger aus, als ob die Mail direkt an ihn verschickt worden wäre. Antwortet er auf so eine Mail, bekommt der ursprüngliche Absender die Antwort.

Nutzt die Erweiterung 'cardbook' wenn sie installiert ist

Version 1.11 erlaubt die Auswahl von Maillisten. Außerdem kann das Fenster 'gezoomt' werden (Strg/+, Strg/-, Strg/0)

Umgeleitete Mails bekommen das Schlagwort 'redirected'.

When a mail is redirected, it looks to the recipient as if the mail was directly sent to him. If he replies to such an email, the original sender receives the reply.

Version 1.11 allows to select maillists. It is also possible to zoom the window (CTRL/+, CTRL/-, CTRL/0)

Redirected mails get the tag 'redirected'.

Hinweis

Dieses Add-on funktioniert nicht mit allen Mailprovidern (z.B. office365.com, outlook.com, web.de, gmx.de). Die Fehlermeldung des Providers lautet dann etwa "Unauthorized sender address", "SendAsDenied; ... not allowed to send as ..." oder "Sender mismatch". Der Grund ist, das Mailprovider Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einsetzen, die u. U. mit dem Standard (RFC 5322), auf dem dieses Add-on basiert, kollidieren.

Als Workaround kann man sich z.B. eine Mailadresse bei Google holen und diese zum Umleiten verwenden (das Konto im Popupfenster ganz oben umschalten).

Ein weiteres Problem gibt es mit t-online und möglicherweise weiteren Providern. Die Umleitung funktioniert aber die Von: Adresse wird auf den Absender der Umleitung umgeschrieben. Auch hier hilft es, ein Google Konto zu verwenden.

This add-on does not work with all mail providers (e.g. office365.com, outlook.com, web.de, gmx.de). The provider's error message is then something like "Unauthorized sender address", "SendAsDenied; ... not allowed to send as ..." or "Sender mismatch". The reason is that mail providers use security measures that may conflict with the standard (RFC 5322) on which this add-on is based.

As a workaround, you can, for example, get an email address from Google and use it to redirect (toggle the account at the top of the pop-up window).

There is another problem with t-online and possibly other providers. The redirection works but the From: address is rewritten to the sender of the redirection. Here too it helps to use a Google account.

Nutzung

Rechtsklick auf eine Mail oder Auswahl mehrerer Mails und dann Rechtsklick auf eine davon. Im Kontextmenu auf 'Umleiten' (ganz unten(!)) klicken.

Im Popupfenster werden oben die ausgewählten Mails angezeigt. Versehentlich ausgewählte Mails können durch Klicken auf den Papierkorb entfernt werden.

Im unteren Teil können die Empfänger eingegeben werden. Entweder einfach losschreiben und ggf. aus dem dann erscheinenden Menu eine Adresse auswählen
oder durch klick auf das Icon rechts das Adressbuch öffnen und Adressen aus dem Adressbuch in die Eingabefelder ziehen.

Klick auf 'Senden' startet den Vorgang. Zum Abbrechen eben auf 'Abbrechen' klicken oder das Fenster schließen (dann gibt es aber keine visuelle Kontrolle!). Einzelne Mails können auch durch klick auf das 'x' vor der Mail abgebrochen werden.

Damit umgeleitete Mails mit entsprechenden Icons markiert werden, in den Einstellungen von Thunderbird ein Schlagwort 'redirected' einrichten.

Usage

Right click on a mail or select several mails and then right click on one of them. Click on 'Redirect' (far down(!)) in the context menu.

The selected mails are displayed in the upper part of the pop-up window. Accidentally selected emails can be removed by clicking on the trash.

The recipients can be entered in the lower part. Either just start typing and select an address from the pulldownmenu if it appears
or open the address book by clicking on the icon on the right side and drag addresses from the addressbook into the input fields.

Clicking on 'Send' starts the process. To cancel, just click on 'Cancel' or close the window (but then there is no visual control!). Individual mails can also be canceled by clicking on the 'x' in front of the mail.

To ensure that redirected emails are marked with appropriate icons, set up a keyword 'redirected' in the Thunderbird settings.
